A valid credit card in the bookers name and photo ID is required when checking in.
Full payment is processed on the credit card on check-in. A maximum of 2 rooms per booking per credit card.

Pre-Authorizations
A pre-authorization (security deposit) is required for all domestic travelers. For our international travelers we will require a copy of your passport and will only take a pre-authorization should you wish to charge minibar items to your room.
Cancellation/ Pre-payment:
Cancellation and prepayment policies are by 2pm 48hrs notice before arrival. No shows or cancellation after this time will incur a 1 day cancellation charge.
Children:
All children are welcome.
One infant under 2 years is charged NZD 20 per person per night in a child's cot/crib.
An additional adult or child is charged NZD 25 per person per night.
The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1.
Children's age is under 12 years.
Infant's age is up to 24 months.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
